Sewanee’s Associate Dean of Students Hagi Bradley was named the Vice President of Student Life and Dean of Students at Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana. He will continue to serve as the Sewanee’s Associate Dean of Students until July 14.

Bradley’s career at Sewanee began in 2012, when he was named Assistant Dean of Students. In 2015, he began serving as the Associate Dean of Students, where his work continued to involve student activities. During his tenure at Sewanee, Bradley was heavily involved with Greek Life, furthering his experience that included work in Greek Life at LSU, Bowling Green State University, and Indiana University Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW).

Affectionately referred to as the “Dean of Fun,” Bradley was known across campus for his charisma and cheerfulness. In an email sent to the student body on June 16, Dean of Students Marichal Gentry wrote, “[w]e all will miss Hagi’s infectious smile and easy-going demeanor, but we should be proud of this next step in his professional journey.”

Per Gentry’s same June 16 email, the University has begun searching for Bradley’s replacement. The Purple has reached out to Bradley personally and is awaiting a response.
