Dear readers,
I hope everyone had a restful Fall Break and is enjoying being back on the mountain. With last week’s festivities surrounding the Installation of the Eighteenth Vice-Chancellor, the campus was bustling with activity. I would like to extend a congratulations to Vice-Chancellor Pearigen on his installment and wish him well in office. As the student voice, we here at The Purple look forward to working with you and continuing to create important conversations on the mountain.
This issue of the paper will only be posted online. We will return to our normal printing next issue. For now, please appreciate the hard work that our writers have done so far this semester. This issue was written on schedule even with Fall Break falling in the middle of the writing period and I am proud of the work that our staff continues to do.
